1. Deposits
All projects require a 50% upfront deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
2. Refunds
Refunds are not issued for work already completed, partially completed projects, delays caused by clients, or change of mind after approval.
Refunds may be granted only at our discretion.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel anytime. If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable and all work completed must be paid for.
4. Rescheduling
If the client does not provide required materials for 14 days, the project may be paused. After 30 days or more of pause, a restart fee may be charged.
5. Dissatisfaction
Dissatisfaction alone does not qualify for refunds. Revision rounds included in the scope remain available, and additional revisions are billed separately.
